14th Annual Howard Dunbar Tournament

July 4-6, 2008 Cheyenne, WY

Welcome to the 14th Annual Howard Dunbar Memorial Baseball Tournament!  This tournament annually draws roughly 60 teams from Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, Utah and South Dakota.  This year we are celebrating our 14th anniversary of the tournament!  It was started to honor Howard Dunbar.  This outstanding man was a fan, umpire, coach and baseball supporter who was a boon for baseball in Cheyenne and southeastern Wyoming.  He was a favorite of the kids, which says it all.  

We have six age groups:  10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U & 16U.  If you only play in one tournament during the year, this is your tournament.  We offer affordable cost, a 4-game minimum guarantee and WE provide the baseballs.  Don’t forget the pitching, base-running and home run contests on Saturday night.  The kids have a blast and prizes are awarded.  

We receive numerous compliments from coaches, players and fans regarding the way we run this tournament every year.  Please ask around to coaches in the area about their experiences at this tournament.  We encourage you to do this.  We’ll see you in July!
